Our industry plant

Maneca is strategically located in Buenos Aires province, surrounded by prime commercial areas and main accessing roads to business districts and ports.

Our industrial plant is approved by SENASA, which has the most stringent requirements of high quality and sanitary production. In addition to this, we have an excellent level of human resources and a permanent maintenance of facilities and equipment, which allows us to meet the highest market demands.

WE MANAGED TO ENSURE QUALITY THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE PRODUCTION PROCESS IN ORDER TO OBTAIN A RELIABLE AND TRACEABLE PRODUCT.

Our experience on human resources, permanent facilities updating, equipment maintenance and our high hygiene standards are the Food Safety and Quality Management System framework.

Traceability, our exclusive tracking system allows the identification of each animal from its birth, throughout the entire production process. This control system, developed by our Computer Data Processing Department, provides our clients with accurate information about the origin of all cuts of beef which are processed in our plant.

Argentina is one of the main producers of high-quality organic meat, due to its vast territories, climate, genetic quality of its cattle, breeding techniques and the extensive area available per animal. That is the main reason to be chosen by consumers from all over the world.

Cattle herds are raised in a natural-open country environment with high quality pasture. As they move freely and they are grass-fed, they produce lower levels of intramuscular fat and cholesterol than those cattle raised in feedlots ,which are only fed with grains.

We count on a Food Safety and Quality Management System, based on the BCR Food Safety Standard, in order to always promote continuous improvement.

Our staff is able to call upon a broad experience in this field. Through constant training and permanent updating, they get to achieve a high standard of the Food Safety and Quality Management System.

We also count on an internal analysis laboratory, which allows us to evaluate microbiological quality instantly on each phase of our production process.
