Our experience on human resources, permanent facilities updating, equipment maintenance and our high hygiene standards are the Food Safety and Quality Management System framework.<\/p>

Traceability, our exclusive tracking system allows the identification of each animal from its birth, throughout the entire production process. Argentina is one of the main producers of high-quality organic meat, due to its vast territories, climate, genetic quality of its cattle, breeding techniques and the extensive area available per animal. That is the main reason to be chosen by consumers from all over the world.<\/p>

Cattle herds are raised in a natural-open country environment with high quality pasture.
